This website is served through Lovable. When the site is accessed, the IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, the referrer URL, the date and time of access and technical error data may be processed. The purposes are delivery of the website, its stability and security, and detection of misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation).

According to the provider, Lovable processes technical log data on the basis of its own privacy policy and may generally retain it for up to 90 days. The provider is Lovable Labs Incorporated, a company based in the USA. For transfers to third countries, the provider states that appropriate safeguards — in particular Standard Contractual Clauses — are used.

3. Locally hosted fonts

The fonts Sora and Manrope are served locally from this website. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external font providers, and no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.

4. Cookies, tracking, analytics

My own website code sets no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. No profiling takes place.

5. External links

This website links to external services, in particular Fiverr, Redbubble and Pinterest. Data is only transmitted to those providers once you click such a link. Any further processing is carried out solely by the respective provider under its own privacy policy, over which I have no influence.

6. Contacting me

Fixed packages are handled via Fiverr, where messages are processed by the platform operator under its own privacy policy. If you contact me by email, your message, sender address and the metadata required for processing are handled. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). This website deliberately offers no contact form.

7. Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as it is required for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Enquiries are deleted once they have been fully processed and no retention obligations prevent deletion.

I contact selected businesses in Hannover and the surrounding area once by letter in order to introduce suitable web design services. The following information describes this processing.

One-time postal introduction of suitable web design services to selected local businesses, and handling of any voluntary reply.

Legal basis

Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the targeted acquisition of commercial customers and direct marketing.

Categories of data

Company name, publicly listed business address, industry or web presence and, where applicable, the name and role of the management or the owner.

Publicly accessible company websites, contact pages and voluntarily published company profiles.

Recipients

Data is never passed on for third-party advertising purposes. Access is limited to Violet Frame and, where technically necessary, the IT and communication service providers used.

Retention period

If there is no response, the data is deleted at the latest three months after the letter was sent. If you reply, the data is stored only for further communication or contract handling and to fulfil statutory obligations. After an objection to direct marketing, minimal blocking information may be stored so that no further advertising is sent.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Objection to direct marketing: You may object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes at any time and without giving reasons. No further advertising will be sent afterwards.
